Course/Instructor Evaluation
The evaluation questionnaire is prepared and distributed under the auspices of
the student staff of the Course Evaluation Guide staff and student government
at the request of the course head. Coursewide statistics are made available
to the professors after the submission of final grades. The Course Evaluation
Guide is distributed free to students in time for students to select courses
for the following year.
As written comments provide the basis both
for Course Evaluation Guide course reviews 1 = Very poor/Very low
and feedback to instructors, please comment RATING 2 = Poor
as thoughtfully as possible by darkening one SCALE 3 = Average
circle for each of the following items. 4 = Above Average
